Bristol Palin, known for her appearances on Teen Mom OG, shared candid insights into her health journey, revealing why she has been relatively quiet on social media.

Taking to Instagram stories, the 32-year-old mother of three answered fans' questions in Q&A session.

Palin admitted that she had been struggling with various health issues that affected her confidence and overall well-being.

One major change in Palin's life was her decision to stop taking Adderall, a medication commonly prescribed for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

She explained that she had always been somewhat embarrassed about taking the medication.

"I was always embarrassed being on them and when I read there was a huge shortage of adderall, it made me realize how many people were like sheep taking them, Tbh, it felt like they were a crutch and I don’t want crutches in my life so I stopped. They also make you super impatient and I don’t want to be an impatient mom."

Palin also expressed concerns about the impatience that sometimes accompanies Adderall use, which she felt was incompatible with being a patient and attentive mother.

Additionally, Bristol Palin disclosed her extensive history of cosmetic surgeries, which included undergoing her ninth breast reconstruction surgery at the beginning of the year.

She revealed that a botched breast reduction surgery at the age of 19 had caused significant muscle damage, tissue damage, and scar tissue.

This unfortunate experience led to a series of surgeries aimed at correcting the issues stemming from that initial procedure.

Despite the physical and emotional challenges she faced during this journey, Palin maintained a positive outlook, emphasizing her gratitude for her overall health and capabilities.
