Coldplay celebrates major milestone following Chris and Dakota’s split rumours
Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson have reportedly parted ways
Coldplay has reached yet another impressive milestone in their musical journey.
Recently, the globally acclaimed British rock band’s uplifting hit song Sky Full of Stars has joined YouTube’s billion-views club.
Uploaded in 2014, the iconic video which captured many hearts was filmed in the busy streets of Sydney, featuring the frontman Chris Martin walking down playing his acoustic guitar and a bass drum strapped to his back. The popular song is a part of the band’s Ghost Stories album.
It doesn’t come as a surprise to know that Coldplay’s YouTube is shining bright with fan favourites like Yellow, The Scientist, Adventure of a Lifetime, and their stellar collaboration with Beyoncé Hymn for the Weekend.
Over the course of their iconic musical journey, the rock band that was formed in London in 1997, have won many awards.
Currently on their North America tour in support of their latest album, 2024’s Moon Music, this achievement comes after the 48-year-old English singer, songwriter, and musician’s split rumours with the Materialists star Dakota Johnson, after having dated for nearly eight years.
