Qatar poise to knock down FIFA World Cup 2022 stadium. See why?

Qatar's newly-built Stadium 974 Ras Abu Abound is planned to knock down after it hosts its last fixture between Brazil and South in the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

The unique stadium will be shipped to several countries without proper infrastructure.

The stadium attracted attention, given its unique architecture, as it was constructed by using 974 shipping containers, where it earns its name, Stadium 974.

The 974 Stadium is not air-conditioned, and only one stadium in the 2022 FIFA World Cup does not have this condition, leading matches to be held in the evening due to a cooler temperature.

The stadium hosted seven matches of World Cup 2022, with group stages' six games and one in the Round of 16. The 974 stadium can fit 40,000 spectators and was the first of its kind temporary venue in FIFA World Cup history.
