Olivia Attwood reveals she 'nearly passed out' from crying after Brad Split

Olivia Attwood has painfully shared that she "cried so hard" she "almost fainted" following her breakup with Bradley Dack.

The Love Island alum, 34, and footballer partner Bradley, 32, broke up in January and she recently claimed his infidelities led to the end of their relationship.

The Loose Women panelist then expressed how she felt like a "complete fool" and confessed to covering and lying for the footballer in a strong statement.

Olivia has been showing her vulnerability as she embarks on a new life chapter and admitted she is "learning to forgive" herself.

She has now spoken frankly on the Extra Dirrty podcast, recorded in March, addressing the backlash about how she handled the marriage breakdown.

This came as she found herself embroiled in a wedding deception scandal, as it was revealed that she and Bradley had never been legally wed.

Olivia shared with the podcast: “I can only see what I've experienced because people simply like to criticise women.

“Someone commented on my TikTok yesterday when I was with the girls enjoying New York, and they said, ‘I really hope someone betrays you terribly, like you're such a cold calculated b***h.’

“I thought, just because I'm honest and I discuss everything, doesn't mean I'm going to film myself crying and post it online.

“I'm just definitely not.”

She continued to open up by saying: “It doesn't mean I don't have feelings. I've cried, I've been so emotional over this breakup that I thought I might faint, and then I pull myself together and go to work.

“I don't need to broadcast my tears online, I don't think people in a professional capacity will take me seriously and hire me to host TV shows if I’m posting videos of myself crying on the floor.”

Olivia shared that it had been her hardest breakup yet, explaining: “When you've tried everything to make it work, there's a deep sadness. It's truly heartbreaking.

“Also, this is why I've been hesitant to talk about it because it's like, I still have admiration and love for him as a person. Those feelings can coexist with knowing it's time to move on.

“It would be simpler if I felt animosity towards him, but I don’t.”

Previously, Gillingham player Brad defended Olivia online while we exclusively reported that her family had distanced themselves from him.

While trying to continue with her life, with a work trip to Seoul, Olivia reposted an inspirational quote to her Instagram page.

Earlier this month, friends confirmed that Bradley had been unfaithful to Olivia, leading to their separation.

Confirming this was true, Olivia, who married Bradley in 2023, finally addressed the situation this week in a statement shared on Instagram Stories.

She wrote: “I've stood by Brad for the past ten years during which he lied & cheated on me multiple times.

“The end of our relationship is because of this.

“I was in love with him and the potential I saw in him and always wanted to help him become the best version of himself—as I did for 10 years.

“Covering up. Lying to my family and friends. Arranging therapy. Trusting the repeated apologies.

Olivia added that she decided to end her marriage after learning about his infidelity again in January.

The star also confirmed that she's currently seeing someone after being spotted kissing Pete Wicks.
