Kate Ferdinand flaunts abs on family staycation with Rio after Dubai return

Kate Ferdinand dazzled in a collection of midriff-baring ensembles during a local getaway in her hometown of Dubai.

Former Towie star Kate, aged 34, and her husband Rio Ferdinand enjoyed the opulent Jumeirah Beach Hotel in the UAE city after jointly hosting a public fitness bootcamp.

The pair moved to the UAE last year but left Dubai last month following Iranian missile threats to the area.

Once back, they held the public bootcamp at the beachfront hotel as a part of their One Body Co fitness campaign.

Kate confessed to being quite nervous before the session but looked fantastic in a black sports bra and matching leggings as she expertly completed side planks and burpees.

“I'm still on such a high from this experience,” Kate shared on Instagram alongside a montage video of the event.

The TV personality and the former England football player, aged 47, later relaxed with a luxurious stay at the Jumeirah Beach hotel.

Kate flaunted her toned physique in an elegant burgundy polka dot beach set, featuring sheer trousers and a matching shirt worn over triangle bikinis of the same shade.

Additional pictures from her getaway included Kate standing on their hotel balcony with the iconic Burj Khalifa in the distance, lying on the beach, and enjoying moments with their children, Cree, aged five, and Shae, aged two.

“Cherished memories. The best stay-cay,” Kate captioned her post.

When rocket strikes began to affect Dubai, Kate and Rio disclosed that they were forced to take refuge in the basement of their Dubai mansion.

Then last month, Rio posted a picture from Portugal as he verified that the family had sought respite from the UAE with a sun-soaked European retreat.

Following the sunny escape, the family returned to the UK to support Rio’s son, Tate, as he signed with sports agency New Era Global Sports, during his blossoming football career.

Rio later confirmed they were in the Maldives where he is hosting a football holiday camp by Football Escapes, a business he co-owns, tailored for young football enthusiasts in this tropical haven.

As Iran’s missiles struck the Middle East in an onslaught earlier, Kate and Rio admitted it was a very frightening period for their displaced family.

Sharing a message on Instagram at that time, former TOWIE star Kate stated: “Thanks for all your messages and apologies for not updating sooner, I didn’t want to alarm anyone. We are safe.

“The authorities are doing an incredible job of ensuring our safety, and although I’m anxious, I feel that we are in good hands.”

She continued: “We’re hoping for a more peaceful evening tonight, as last night was quite alarming. Although Cree and Shae enjoyed it, finding it exciting that we all camped in the basement.
