TikTok star announces heartbreaking miscarriage and social media break
TikTok sensation Yasmin Hadfield shared a heartbreaking miscarriage revelation in a poignant post
Popular TikTok personality Yasmin Hadfield has shared the tragic news of experiencing a miscarriage in a heartfelt message.
Taking to her social media accounts, she informed her audience of the heartbreaking event, asserting that her hope to provide her son Wolf with a sibling remains strong.
Yasmin posted on TikTok: “Heaven has welcomed another one of my angels.
“My midwife and consultant team are amazing, with their guidance and the support of my loved ones.
"I am determined to become a mother again, even if it requires taking drastic steps, pursuing alternative routes, or sacrificing everything I have. Wolf will have a brother or sister.
“While my world has paused, it must continue for Wolf. The positive tests are stashed away, the 'big brother' outfit is packed, and the cherished dreams and plans are stored in my thoughts.”
Yaz also mentioned she’ll be stepping back from social media as she “seeks medical advice”.
Supportive messages flooded in after Yasmin’s announcement, with one user commenting: “Sending so much love as a fellow recurrent miscarriage mum; it's a pain only those who have experienced it can comprehend.”
Another shared: “I feel heartbroken for you.”
Yaz recently confessed to secretly contending with drug and alcohol dependence.
Currently, she is celebrating nine months of sobriety, but there were previous concerns that addiction might overtake her life – until her father stepped in last Christmas, urging her to make a change.
Reflecting on that turning point, she shared: “I thought, Yasmin, you truly have one final chance at this wonderful life you and Lee have built. You can either embrace it or continue down the path you were on.
“It was only my dad who could reach me on Christmas night, and he spoke to Lee.”
She credits Lee with helping to ‘rebuild her spirit’, admitting she considered erasing her past online – filled with shame and embarrassment over her years of dishonesty.
She stated: “I could have very easily deleted all my past content and restarted.
“And not let people search through, looking for moments they can find me looking a bit worse for wear. But I don’t want that. I want to be authentic.”
