Kathie Lee Gifford lists her magnificent Connecticut waterfront estate for $100 million
Kathie Lee Gifford moves forward, listing her historic family estate for $100 million
Former Today Show co-host Kathie Lee Gifford is saying goodbye to her longtime Greenwich, Connecticut, estate. The 72-year-old television icon has listed the breathtaking property, known as Cedar Cliff, for a staggering $100 million. Located on its own private, nearly three-acre peninsula, the massive Mediterranean-style luxury home spans over 13,000 square feet. It boasts eight spacious bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, a pool, a tennis court, and its own private boat dock.
The waterfront estate holds deep personal meaning for the Emmy-winning star. It is where her son, Cody, celebrated his wedding and where Frank, her beloved husband of 28 years, unexpectedly passed away in 2015. Having permanently relocated to Nashville in 2019, Gifford explains that a strong gut instinct and a profound sense of peace made her realize it is finally the right time to sell the family home and move on.
