Harry Hamlin praises Amelia and Delilah Hamlin for independent modeling success

Harry Hamlin is sharing his pride in his daughters, Delilah Hamlin and Amelia Hamlin, saying the pair built their modeling careers independently without asking for help from him or wife Lisa Rinna.

The 74-year-old actor, who shares daughters Delilah, 27, and Amelia, 24, with Rinna, spoke about their success during an appearance at the Gotham Ball in New York City.

“I’m so proud of my kids, because they did this on their own,” Hamlin said. “We never said, ‘You should do this, you might do this,’ whatever.

They decided to pursue their careers on their own, and they never asked us for any help.”

He added that while they did offer support when needed, their daughters largely navigated the entertainment industry independently.

“We did give them some help, but they never asked, you know? They’re on their own now, which is amazing,” he said.

“And when your kids stop asking for money, that’s a good moment in your life.”

Hamlin also emphasized that he avoids giving unsolicited advice to his daughters, who have both established themselves as models in the fashion industry.

“If they ask me for advice, I’ll give it to them,” he said. “But they give me advice. They inspire me.”

Delilah and Amelia have both appeared at major fashion events and have occasionally collaborated with their mother on television and entertainment projects, including appearances connected to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Harry Loves Lisa.

The sisters have followed in the footsteps of their famous parents while carving out their own presence in modeling and social media, regularly attending fashion weeks and industry events.

Hamlin shares his daughters with Rinna, 62, and also has a son, Dimitri, from a previous relationship.

The family continues to remain closely connected while balancing independent careers in the entertainment world.

Hamlin and Rinna are also approaching a major milestone in their relationship, with the couple set to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary in March 2027.

Reflecting on their long marriage, Hamlin recently revealed that the couple has already begun early celebrations, including a return trip to a destination they last visited more than three decades ago.

“We hadn’t gone on a trip together, just the two of us, in 32 years because we had kids and we always went with them,” he said, noting that the trip marked a rare opportunity for the couple to reconnect as a pair.
