Elton John reportedly serenades Dua Lipa and Callum Turner at Italian wedding celebration

Dua Lipa and Callum Turner reportedly celebrated their marriage for a second time with a lavish wedding ceremony in Italy, where music icon Elton John is said to have delivered a special performance for the newlyweds.

According to reports, the couple, who reportedly exchanged vows in a private civil ceremony at London's Marylebone Town Hall on May 31, gathered family and friends in Sicily for a multi-day wedding celebration that culminated in a second ceremony at Villa Valguarnera near Palermo on Saturday.

One of the evening's most memorable moments reportedly came when Elton John performed his classic hit Your Song for the couple.

The performance was described by attendees as an emotional highlight of the celebration.

The star-studded event also reportedly featured musical appearances from internationally renowned DJs Carl Cox, Martin Garrix, David Guetta and Peggy Gou, who helped entertain guests throughout the festivities.

For the ceremony, Lipa is said to have worn a custom-designed gown embellished with diamonds, reportedly created by fashion designer Donatella Versace, who was among the guests in attendance.

According to reports, the historic Sicilian venue was transformed for the occasion with elaborate floral displays, including peonies and hyacinths, while a gazebo served as the focal point for the couple's exchange of vows.

“Dua and Callum sat on a stage under the gazebo and a simple exchange of vows took place,” a source reportedly told media outlets.

The celebrations reportedly extended over several days. Guests are said to have attended a yacht party on Thursday, followed by an event at Palermo's Galleria Moderna on Friday before the wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday evening.

However, reports surrounding the wedding were not limited to the festivities themselves.

Local media and British tabloids claimed that some Palermo residents expressed frustration over disruptions linked to the high-profile event, including road closures, parking restrictions and limitations in public spaces near the venue.

According to reports, protest posters criticizing the impact of the celebrations appeared in parts of the city, while some residents voiced concerns about access to public areas during the wedding weekend.

Neither Lipa nor Turner has publicly commented on the reported complaints.

The couple, who have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight, have become one of entertainment's most closely watched pairs in recent years.
