Camilla's role in Charles' wellbeing highlighted by royal experts

Queen Camilla is playing a crucial role in supporting King Charles' mental health as he continues his cancer treatment, according to royal expert Christopher Wilson.

Wilson, author of the book A Greater Love, explained that Camilla's constant presence has provided King Charles with comfort and stability throughout his reign. The expert noted that Her Majesty has stood by her husband through difficult times, offering him a sense of peace amid the pressures of royal duty.

'It's cold and lonely at the top'

Speaking about the dynamic between the couple, Christopher Wilson — author of A Greater Love — said: "Her presence reassures him. Despite all the trappings of majesty, it's cold and lonely at the top, and it's easy to see the comfort she provides him."

Wilson went on to highlight Camilla's down-to-earth nature and the lighter moments she brings to their relationship. He said: "She never lost her common touch. She makes him laugh. When something triggers them, you see them just laughing together. They do things with such enthusiasm."

Charles 'dependent' on Camilla, says body language expert

Meanwhile, body language expert Darren Stanton, speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino, offered further insight into the couple's relationship during public appearances. Stanton said: "They have the same passion for each other still to this day. During public events, Charles is often looking around and fidgeting when Camilla isn't by his side, which shows how dependent he is on her."
