Music producer and publicist Jonathan Hay has filed a lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs, alleging sexual assault during encounters in 2020 and 2021. Hay claims that recent changes to Combs's legal filings suggest the rapper is growing anxious over the prospect of new criminal charges.

Radar Online first reported Hay's remarks on the amendments to Combs's legal filings.

Combs removes key legal justification

Hay pointed to a significant revision in Combs's court documents as evidence of rising concern on the rapper's part. "Diddy filed a major amendment and changed/removed his justification of a 'lawful citizen's arrest', which likely appears that he's panicking about the strong possibility of new criminal charges in Los Angeles!" he told the outlet.

Los Angeles authorities reviewing case

Officials in Los Angeles are currently reviewing information connected to Hay's allegations. Reports indicate that two criminal files — submitted separately by the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department — are under active consideration by the district attorney's office.

Hay said the developments confirmed his suspicions. "I think it seems obvious he is scared and rightfully so, especially after learning of the DA speaking out and confirming it's under review from two criminal files submitted by both the LAPD and the LASD," he said.

No criminal charges have been announced at this stage, and authorities have not publicly disclosed any conclusions on the matter.

'I am not concerned with apologies'

Hay told the outlet that he continues to be haunted by what Combs allegedly forced him to do. He was unequivocal in rejecting any possibility of reconciliation or informal resolution.

"I am not concerned with apologies or empty gestures," he said. "To be transparent, I would never accept an apology from Sean Diddy Combs, CJ Wallace, or The Notorious B.I.G. estate. My only focus is on the enforcement of criminal justice and ensuring that those responsible for these actions face the full consequences dictated by the law," Hay added.
