Shakira and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo have sparked dating rumours after being photographed together outside the Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood on Monday. Photos obtained by Page Six show the pair standing at the valet stand, smiling and chatting as they waited for their car to arrive. Garcia-Rulfo, 45, then opened the passenger door for Shakira, 49, before getting into the driver's seat and driving off together.

Both stars kept their looks relaxed and casual for the outing. Shakira wore a black tank top, blue jeans and black platform boots, carrying a black leather jacket draped over her arm. Garcia-Rulfo complemented her in blue jeans and a black jacket layered over a T-shirt.
