Brittany Cartwright teases speaking out after Jax Taylor photos
The 'Valley' star hinted she has more to say but is waiting until the right time to tell her story
Brittany Cartwright says she plans to tell "the truth" when the time is right following reports linking her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, to their former publicist, Lori Krebs.
The Valley star addressed the situation during an episode of her When Reality Hits podcast, revealing that she is choosing to focus on her well-being and her five-year-old son, Cruz, before speaking publicly.
"All I'm going to say about this at this moment is I will be speaking my truth — the truth — on this matter very soon whenever I'm ready," Cartwright said.
"For now, I am focusing on me and the most important thing in my life, which is my beautiful son. Right now, I'm just trying to protect my son and my peace."
Taylor, 47, was recently photographed embracing Krebs at the Hotel Mousai pool in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, while celebrating his birthday. Neither Taylor nor Krebs has publicly commented on the photos.
Cartwright and Taylor were married for five years before separating in 2024. Despite their split, Cartwright has previously stressed that the pair remain committed to putting their son first.
Speaking to Us Weekly earlier this year, she said co-parenting has not always been easy but insisted Cruz is shielded from any conflict.
"Co-parenting is not easy. We still have our issues, but Cruz does not see any of that," she said. "There's no toxic anything in front of him, no arguments. Cruz comes first to both of us."
Meanwhile, a source told Us Weekly that Cartwright felt deeply hurt after the photos of Taylor and Krebs surfaced, claiming she had trusted their former publicist for years despite previous speculation.
According to the insider, Cartwright was "extremely betrayed" and "shocked" by the images, describing the situation as especially painful given their close friendship.
