The Ultimatum star Blake Robertson denied abuse allegations made by his ex-fiancée Hayley Hendrich, claiming he acted in self-defence and felt unsafe during an October 2025 altercation.

Page Six reported on Wednesday that the 26-year-old reality television personality vehemently refuted Hendrich's claims regarding the incident that led to his arrest. Authorities in Nacogdoches, Texas, arrested Robertson on October 18, 2025, charging him with a Class C misdemeanour assault. Hendrich, 23, chose not to press charges, and a prosecutor subsequently dismissed the case and expunged all official records.

The incident resurfaced following the July 15 release of The Ultimatum Season 4 on Netflix, which the pair filmed between March and May 2025 before their breakup. Hendrich alleged on the What's the Reality podcast that Robertson pinned her against a car and dragged her by her sweatshirt during separate arguments. She claimed to have shown responding police officers video footage of the altercation before his arrest.

Robertson countered those claims, stating that he only attempted to lift Hendrich gently off a chair after she refused to leave his home. He asserted that he left his residence to go to his father's house, where he personally contacted the police to report Hendrich for trespassing. Robertson claimed he acted in self-defence to distance himself from Hendrich after she poured beer on him and pushed him through an open car window during an earlier argument.

Hendrich told Us Weekly that reliving the trauma in the public eye proved difficult when news of Robertson's arrest emerged on July 18. The former couple got engaged on the reality series but split four months later in September 2025, residing together until the October altercation. Hendrich was not immediately available to comment on Robertson's counter-allegations.
