Expert reveals easy recipe hacks to fibremaxx your daily meals

Florida-based gastroenterologist and health content creator Joseph Salhab shared six simple ways to fibre-max daily meals on Saturday. The digestive, liver, pancreatic, and nutritional health specialist offered the practical advice to help people increase their daily intake of dietary fibre without drinking chia seed water.

Instagram content creator Salhab explained in a video post that individuals do not need to drink chia water to enjoy the health benefits of the superfood. While the social media trend known as fibremaxxing encourages adding more fibre to every meal, many individuals dislike the jelly-like texture of whole chia seeds. Salhab recommended using ground chia seeds instead, noting that they become virtually invisible when mixed into various foods and offer an easy method to fibremaxx daily meals.
