Karisma Kapoor has talked about the Bollywood times of 1990s, and said the actor of that time had to work hard to get recognized.

In her latest interview, when the actress was asked which role of hers was a favorite, she replied, each film of her career as a stepping stone.

She said, “Today you are so easily recognised with Instagram and social media. We had to slog it out to get noticed. Every movie, be it, a hit, a blockbuster, a flop or meaningful cinema, everything contributed to my career”

"I enjoyed doing all my David Ji (David Dhawan) movies as much as I enjoyed working with Yash Ji (Yash Chopra) and Shyam Ji (Shyam Benegal). It was a different time and I was say each movie was special, the Raju Baba actress added.

On the work front, Karisma will be next seen in her upcoming web series Brown in which she plays a police officer.
