Andrew Tate's rape, human trafficking case takes fresh turn

Internet personality Andrew Tate moved to house arrest, late on Friday.

The Romanian court rejects a prosecutor's request to keep Tate in police custody until late April .A verdict has been passed that he should be taken safely to his residence.

He has been ordered to stay within the four walls of the house as his trial is still ongoing.

"We see the court decision as legal, thorough and correct," informs Tate's lawyer Eugen Vidineac to reporters.

His brother Tristan Tate and two other female suspects were also held in custody and after the court's law Tristan could not hold back his sentiments as he shouts, "We are going home," outside the prison.

More than twenty supporters waited for Tate chanting his Top G status.

It was only earlier this week that the Bucharest court simply denied Tate brother's plea to be released on bail .

The controversial star is grateful he got rid of the sick prison cell where he was offered the worst of treatments, like stone cold food and insects.
