BTS treats fans with newest theme-song for anime series ‘Bastions’

BTS gears to surprise the ARMY and anime lovers with new music!

BTS has made a comeback with new music for an animated superhero series Bastions, this marks the group’s first project after their anthology album Proof, which was released last year.

The South Korean septet has reportedly created the theme song for Crunchyroll’s series, which has began streaming worldwide from May 13, 2023, except China, Japan, HongKong, North and South Korea.

Moreover, the production unit for Bastions,Thymos Media, previously expressed that BTS music will add value to the action scenes of the series.

"BTS is expected to provide an overwhelming sense of immersion to the emotions and action scenes of the series by singing the theme song in perfect harmony," the studio stated.

In addition to this, the remaining sound tracks of the animated show will be created by other A-list Korean bands, including girl band Le Sserafim and Brave Girls, and artists like Heize and AleXa.

Bastions is a Korean animated series that follows a group of beloved idols possessing superpowers, work together to ensure the safety of everyone in the society.

They face many obstacles along the way, as a seemingly eco-friendly corporation Green Wash, which is in fact, a leader in environmental pollution, makes things harder for them.
