Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has been making headlines all over the internet right after unveiling his gigantic mega yacht worth a whopping $500 million.
However, it is a massive sculpture on Bezos' new lavish yacht that has grabbed people’s attention wondering whether he has honored his girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez.
Bezos, 59, has decorated the luxury yacht, named Koru, with a wooden sculpture made in the likeness of his girlfriend on the prow.
The sculpture on the prow shows a woman with long hair, who appears to be wearing a necklace with the symbol for koru - meaning "loop" or "coil" in the Māori language, as per the DailyMail reported.
Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez publicly confirmed their relationship in 2019. The couple was recently spotted sailing on the new lavish superyacht this week off the coast of Spain.
Bezos first dropped a glimpse of Koru on his Instagram on New Year's Day. He shared a bunch of pictures from his disco party with caption, "The new year is also a great time to take stock and focus on personal growth, renewal, rebirth, and paying careful attention to each moment of your life."
"The good and the bad. All of it. Celebrate and grow,” he added.
