Britney Spears strengthens bond with estranged mom Lynne Spears: ‘I’m so blessed’

Britney Spears expressed feelings about her mom Lynne Spears’ recent visit, 3 years after her conservatorship battle.

On Thursday, Britney, 41, turned to Instagram to share a heartfelt note about her estranged mom’s recent visit to the singer’s home in Los Angeles.

"My sweet mama showed up at my door step yesterday after 3 years … it’s been such a long time,with family there’s always things that need to be worked out … but time heals all wounds !!! And after being able to communicate what I’ve held in for an extremely long time, I feel so blessed we were able to try to make things RIGHT!!!I love you so much!!!," wrote the pop icon alongside a throwback photo of her childhood in a pink ballet tutu.

"Psss… I’m so blessed we can have coffee together after 14 years!!! Let’s go shopping afterwards!!!" she added. (sic)

As confirmed by a source to ET, "Lynne flew to L.A. on Wednesday to see Britney and they caught up at her home. Sam was also there."

Britney’s relationship with mom had became rocky when the Hold Me Closer singer was going through a publicized conservatorship battle with her dad Jamie Spears in 2021.
