Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Alina shared pictures of herself in a stunning shimmery gown adorned with a Miss Trans sash and a tiara.
Accompanying the photos, Alina captioned, "A wonderful night to remember, May 31, 2023!! It was my crowning ceremony yesterday, and it was one of the best moments of my life. I am honored to have received the beautiful title of Miss Trans Pakistan 2023!"
Miss Trans Pakistan, organized by Sonia Ahmed, is the first pageant dedicated to trans women in the country. It provides Pakistani transgender women with an opportunity to represent their country in international pageants.
The actor spoke that the pageant follows a similar format to international pageants, with a professional photo shoot, interview, and crowning ceremony.
Looking ahead, she expressed her plans to represent Pakistan in international pageants, building on her fame from her role in the award-winning movie Joyland.
