Angelina Jolie is not holding back after recent claims from ex husband Brad Pitt.

The Maleficent actress has come forward to clap back at Pitt after court documents emerged on Friday, claiming that his “vindictive” wife sold off her share of the property, they both bought together in 2008, without his consent.

A source close to the Original Sin actress revealed that Jolie called off the deal because Pitt tried to stop her from speaking about the abuse her children faced from the actor.

As reported by PageSix one of Jolie’s pals revealed that "the reality is that [he] refused to complete the Miraval sale with Jolie unless she agreed to being silenced about the abuse… He demanded that $8.5 million dollars be held back [from his payment to her for the winery] to force her to keep quiet." (The intention was to grab some or all $8.5 mil, if Jolie blabbed about the actor’s wrongdoings.)

The insider also noted that the Seven star "cannot escape from the fact that he verbally and physically assaulted Ms. Jolie and their children—even choking one of the children and striking another."

In addition to this, a source close to Pitt also claimed that actor’s latest court filing is "misleading" adding that "it wasn’t about the family matters."

“It’s standard to have a NDA that stops someone from selling something, then disparaging it and diminishing its value,” source added.
