Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s daughter, Princess Lilibet Diana, turned two years old on Sunday (June 4).

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrated the young princess’ birthday in California with an “all-American affair” at their Los Angeles home, Page Six reported.

A source, close the couple revealed to New Idea outlet that a petting zoo may have been arranged as Lilibet has become a fan of small animals.

The source added, "no doubt she’ll be getting a truckload of presents. Meghan has fallen in love with Cartier’s absolutely divine music boxes.”

"Harry is letting Meghan take charge of most of Lili’s gifts, but he was talking about adding more British books to the nursery that he used to love as a kid, like the Paddington Bear and Frog and Toad series.” The source further added.

Princess Lilibet, who is named for her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II, and her grandmother, Princess Diana, is the second child of Harry and Meghan – their first born is son Archie Harrison, 4.

Harry and Meghan celebrated their daughter second birthday amidst rumors of their floundering marriage.

Last week, British socialite and author Lady Colin Campbell claimed that Harry is in contact with the divorce lawyers and said, “there have been problems in the marriage supposedly for some time,” reported via OK Magazine.

"The problem is that the information doesn't necessarily match up with their public face. But of course, their public face is to an extent slapped on for monetary gain,” she added.
