'Barbie' star Simu Liu shares emotional birthday message for girlfriend Allison Hsu

Simu Liu, Barbie's Ken wished his girlfriend, Allison Hsu, a happy birthday with a heartfelt note.

Taking to Instagram, the One True Loves actor shared an intimate photo of the couple and penned a caption expressing his deep affection for Hsu.

The 34-year-old star's post radiated warmth as he recounted the many ways Hsu has touched his life since they began dating in late 2022. 

Liu praised her passion for music, even making a playful reference to their recent attendance at Taylor Swift's concert in Seattle. 

He wrote, "happy birthday to the girl who truly does it all. she inspires me in her passion for music (well… one musician specifically), teaches me how to balance a busy and chaotic schedule with grace, and touches me in how she cares for each and every person in her life. most importantly, she shows me that the people we love are always worth fighting for."

The couple's relationship hasn't been without challenges, as Liu disclosed during Barbie's Los Angeles premiere.

 Balancing their packed schedules, he emphasized the importance of carving out time to be fully present with each other.
