Elon Musk accused of privacy violation for releasing intimate picture of ex Amber Heard?

Elon Musk grabbed attention over his explosive revelations in the latest released biography as he may have left his ex-girlfriend Amber Heard in anger.

The Tesla owner shared an intimated picture of the Aquaman actress dressed in a custom cosplay outfit of Mercy from Overwatch, which she claimed that she never allowed him to share publicly.

Musk’s new biography - Elon Musk by Walter Isaacson - revealed that Heard spent “two months designing and commissioning a head-to-toe costume so she could role-play for him,” reported via Daily Mail.

According to the latest reports, it has been revealed that Heard never gave Musk permission to share the intimate snap.

For the unversed, Amber Heard dated the Twitter/X billionaire, 52, seven years ago. She dressed up as the character of Mercy and Musk then posted the picture on X on Wednesday.

A source revealed to Page Six that the said photo was meant to stay "private" and that Heard "did not give permission to Musk to use the photo".

In Musk biography, it has been revealed, "He told her that she reminded him of Mercy, his favorite character in the video game Overwatch. So she spent two months designing and commissioning a head-to-toe costume so she could role-play for him."

Elon Musk also confirmed, "She did dress up as Mercy. It was awesome." He shared the picture of Amber - dressed up in a white corset, wings and a halo.

Amber Heard and Elon Musk reportedly first met back in 2013 on the set of Machete Kills, in which the actress played a beauty pageant contestant Blanca Vasquez and Musk had a cameo as himself.

The Rum Diary actress was romantically involved with the billionaire for a year following the end of her marriage to actor Johnny Depp in 2016.

The former couple split in August 2017 after going on-and-off in their romantic relationship. In a post on Instagram, Amber Heard wrote, "Being in the public eye means having to explain yourself to so many people, so much of the time. In this case, I'd like to remain more quiet.
