Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who attended the Invictus Games in Germany, seemed "unified" and chose outfits that exuded a sense of "harmony" among the couple.
The romantic duo was spotted at the international multi-sport event in Germany this week with the Duke of Sussex arriving on September 9, 2023 and his wife accompanying him a few days later.
Harry, 39, and Meghan, 42, coordinated outfits for two consecutive days starting with their first appearance together on Tuesday.
After the multiple appearances of the royal couple during the sport event, the Mirror approached a PR expert Mayah Riaz about the pair’s fashion choices.
She told the media outlet, “Celebrity couples coordinating their outfits has been a longstanding trend in the entertainment industry.”
Riaz further added, “It can be seen as a way for couples to visually demonstrate their unity and present a harmonious front to the public. Meghan and Prince Harry are no exception to this phenomenon at the Invictus Games.”
“Coordinating outfits suggest that Meghan and Prince Harry are unified at the moment and are presenting a sense of harmony between them. When a couple is seen sporting similar looks, it can create a visual representation of their togetherness and shared values,” the statement continued.
Mayah Riaz suggested that the twosome are trying to send a message that they are “on the same page”, the Suits actress and the Royal member support each other, be it public or private.
The PR expert further shared with the media outlet that “contrasting outfits” suggest that there is a level of individuality within their relationship.
