Pakistani actor-producer Fahad Mustafa recently opened up about the challenges of collaborating with the “young generation” after working with renowned actors.

Fahad shared that he is not taking on any new projects after working with renowned stars including Mahira Khan, Mehwish Hayat, Vasay Chaudhry and Humayun Saeed.

During his appearance on the talk show Gup Shup, the Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 famed actor told host Vasay Chaudhry, “People have been asking me for a long time now why I’m not working in dramas now and the truth is I have a fear within me.”

He continued, “I have worked with him (Vasay), Humayun bhai, Mehwish, Mahira, all these people, all of whom are already stars. It's easy to work with stars because there is a reason why they are stars. I feel they are easy to work with”

Fahad explained, “The young section is a bit difficult. I'm not talking about talent - just to get along on sets. Because on sets, we don't look at vanities or anything, we're all often together in a room. When we did a film, we would all be sitting together. There was no problem.”

The Jeeto Pakistan host questioned, “If we can’t sit in a room together on set, how are we supposed to work together?”

During the same show, a participant asked the Na Maloom Afraad star if anyone had ever mistaken him for someone else.

Fahad, 40, shared that it used to happen a lot but not recently. He added that Fawad Khan and he have been mistaken for one another on various occasions.
