Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha exchanged wedding vows in a dreamy wedding ceremony in Udaipur on Sunday.

The newlyweds left fans gushing after posting some glimpses from their fairytale wedding ceremony on Instagram. However, fans cannot avoid noticing the bride’s sister Priyanka Chopra’s absence at the glam event.

Much to fans’ surprise, the Citadel actress decided to skip Parineeti’s wedding. Meanwhile, Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra revealed the reason why the Quantico actress couldn't make it to India for the wedding.

In an interaction with the paparazzi at the airport, Madhu Chopra replied, "Wo kam kar rahe the (Priyanka was busy with work)."

Moreover, paps also asked Madhu if she enjoyed the wedding, she said, "very good." Describing Parineeti’s wedding look, Madhu shared, "Vaise hi khubsoorat hai, aur achi lag rahi thi (She is pretty anyway, so she was looking even more beautiful.)."

Sources also revealed that Priyanka Chopra tried initially had a plan to attend the wedding. However, due to last-minute commitments, she was not able to make it.

After skipping her cousin Parineeti Chopra's wedding, PeeCee chose to spend her Sunday with daughter Malti by the pool.

The Love Again actress took to her Instagram Story and shared a glimpse of their day. In the picture, Priyanka was seen clad in a green bikini top and throwing Malti in the air.

The little munchkin also wore a bunch of swimming gear. Priyanka did not add any caption to the photo.
