Jason Momoa behavior with Amber Heard on ‘Aquaman 2’ set sparks controversy

Amber Heard had accused her Aquaman 2 co-star Jason Momoa of exploiting her legal battle with Johnny Depp to make her time on set uncomfortable. 

She also alleged that his drunkenness on set to reported scenes involving  her being edited out from the movie.

However, witnesses present during filming in London disclosed to Variety that Momoa and Heard, who played on-screen lovers, actually had a good rapport and shared light-hearted moments.

Last month, certain court documents from the well-known Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard defamation trial began circulating online, culminating in an explosive exposé released by the outlet this Tuesday.

The report highlights a tense atmosphere on the set of Aquaman 2, as Heard, in the midst of her high-profile defamation lawsuit against her ex-husband Johnny Depp, allegedly faced bullying from her fellow cast members, with Momoa particularly mentioned.

She stated, "Jason said he wanted me fired. Jason drunk – late on set. Dressing like Johnny [Depp]. Has all the rings too."

These notes, documented during the 2022 trial by Dr. Hughes, an expert enlisted by the Zombieland starlet to provide testimony in her favor, revealed these claims.

Nevertheless, a representative from DC vehemently refuted these allegations, insisting that “Jason Momoa conducted himself in a professional manner at all times on the set of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.”

Variety's insiders also contradicted Heard's version of events, telling the publication that the  Momao never reported to work under the influence and maintained a consistent "bohemian style" of dress.

It's worth noting that the Game of Thrones actor was among the few notable celebrities who publicly supported Heard's social media statement following her defamation lawsuit loss.

However, this summer, Jason Momao took the step of unfollowing and blocking Heard on Instagram, as reported by Variety.
