Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson gets new wax statue at Grevin Museum in France
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's latest waxwork figure was unveiled at the Grevin Museum in Paris, France
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson’s new wax figure was unveiled at the Grevin Museum in Paris, France on Monday.
The Black Adam star, 51, has joined the list of celebrities whose wax statues have been added to the French museum.
Dwayne’s waxwork is a treat for the actor’s fans as it bears a stunning resemblance to his muscular physique, iconic tattoos and his clean-shaven head.
The Fast X star made it to the French gallery, after last year, the French museum management announced a public competition to choose a celebrity for the next wax figure.
The list included names of Hollywood A-listers including Ariana Grande, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Dua Lipa, Elon Musk, Selena Gomez, Chris Pratt and Margot Robbie.
Dwayne Johnson received the upmost votes from the public and his statue becomes the latest to appear in the exhibition.
The wax figure is currently placed in between the iconic Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney and Meryl Streep.
While some of The Rock’s fans approved the latest wax creation, some admirers were left confused that 'something was missing' from his lookalike statue.
Taking to X, the Jungle Cruise star’s fans shared their thoughts on the masterpiece. One wrote, “Yeah, I think it's wrong with the eyes anyway.” Another added, “Yes, there is something missing. The mouth is impeccable.”
