Scarlett Johansson has revealed the details about her responsibilities and challenges as a mother to her son Cosmo, whose current life stage seems to be presenting unexpected struggles.
While conversing with Entertainment Tonight, the Black Widow starlet was questioned about “tackling the ‘terrible twos,’” and on this, she answered, “The ‘terrible twos’ are more like tackling me, like actually, physically.”
The 38-year-old went on to say, “It's definitely an adjustment in the household,” adding, “That schedule is so crazy, but it's always exciting to see.”
Johansson also opened up about her excitement about the return of the series, “I'm really excited for all the writers and all the performers at SNL. They've been desperate to get back to work doing what they love."
She further appreciated her husband Colin Jost's costars and the SNL writing staff, “Those guys are incredible. And we need them now more than ever.”
While Johansson was involved in Wes Anderson's movie "Asteroid City," their son was just a baby, and the mother would bring Cosmo to the film set.
The Lucy star said to the PEOPLE, “I actually wasn't popular, it was just the baby,” adding, "People were excited to see the baby, not me. They're like, 'Oh, it's you. Where's baby?' "
She also mentioned that her family joined her during breaks on set.
"My family came with me," and shared, “My husband and baby did because we had just had a little baby.”
Johansson and Jost became engaged in May 2019 after a two-year relationship and celebrated an intimate wedding in October 2020. Their first child, a son named Cosmo, was born in August 2021.
