Megadeth to give fans a 'big surprise' at Latin America Tour 2024

Megadeth, an American thrash metal band has announced their Crush The World Tour with 10 shows to be performed in different countries of the Latin American leg.

One of America’s top metal thrash bands took to their official Instagram account to announce their upcoming world tour titled Crush The World.

The band will have their first show in Lima, Peru on April 6, 2024 and further gigs in the countries of Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, El Salvador and Colombia.

Their Instagram caption has charged up fans from all over the world as they wrote, “Latin America… We’re ready to make a triumphant return to one of our favorite places to play. #CrushTheWorldTour Latin America 2024 is coming your way this Spring.”

According to Blabbermouth.net Megadeth’s lead guitarist and vocalist, Dave Mustaine, explained why Latin America is one of the band’s favourite places saying, “April of 2024 Megadeth returns to South America to support our latest record, ‘The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!’, and I always get excited because there is something truly different about South America. I don’t know what it is… but whatever IT is, they come by it naturally.

As per their official website, Megadeth, “Tickets for select dates will be available for fan-club members beginning Saturday, November 11 at 10AM local time at www.megadeth.com/tour. Public on-sale for select dates will be at 10AM local venue time on November 13.”

Megadeth guitarist, Dave Mustaine announces big surprise for Argentina show:

Shortly after the announcement of the tour, the legendary guitarist, announced that the band has a special surprise planned which will be revealed during the performance in Buenos Aires on April 13, 2024.

As reported by Chaoszine, Mustaine said, “We are also planning a really big surprise for where ‘Aguante Megadeth’ all started in Buenos Aires, too! So… if you can, DO NOT MISS THAT SHOW!”
