King Charles  has been seemingly hurt by  Prince  Harry on monarch's 75th birthday on November 14, 2023.

As reported by The Daily Express, the Duke of Sussex did not put a thoughtful effort to establish a contact with his father on his milestone birthday, despite his previous plans to arrange the tans-Atlantic call.

A source close to the royal family revealed that Harry had plans to call the monarch on his 75th birthday in an attempt to mop up the embarrassment of not being invited to the celebrations.

However, no such calls were made, as the duke failed to arrange the telephonic contact in the timings suitable for the king amid his busy schedule.

“News of a phone call came as a surprise. Let’s just say that,” the insider revealed.

“There might have been a willingness there for the Sussexes to call the King on his birthday, but it certainly wasn’t communicated to the other side in a timely fashion,” added the source.

“The King certainly didn’t take the call during the day while he was busy working,” the source continued.

“The evening was spent with his family and friends and he didn’t have a private moment all evening.”

Meanwhile, another sources close to the King Charles III went on to reveal that he was aware Harry was calling- but he refused to pick up the phone.

"There was no call, every time Harry calls his father, Charles waves the phone away,” they said.

The source added,  “He does not want to hear from him until he apologises."

King Charles 75th birthday:

The King celebrated his birthday by launching a project dedicated to help the people facing food poverty, followed by a Buckingham Palace reception for nurses and midwives as the NHS is turning 75 in the same year.
