Cher, the iconic music legend, recently shared an exciting update about her upcoming memoir.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, the singer revealed that she's back to work on her memoir after what she described as a moment of hesitation and self-reflection.

Opening up about the process, Cher admitted, "I just totally chickened out. I didn't put in some things that needed to be put in. And they're not comfortable, but they need to be put in, so I have to go back and man up."

While the title of the memoir remains a work in progress, Cher expressed her determination to make it an exhaustive account of her life.

She humorously remarked that, considering her extensive life experiences, it should be like an encyclopedia.

"I’ve lived too long and done too much and so it’s like it should be the encyclopedia, Not that you guys know what that is," the singer said.

In addition to discussing her memoir, Cher touched upon her recent venture into holiday music with the release of her first Christmas album, Christmas.

Initially hesitant about the project, Cher explained, "Because I couldn't find myself, I couldn't see myself in a Christmas album."
