Nicole Kidman has been appointed as the newest Ambassador of the renowned  fashion brand Balenciaga.

On Saturday, Balenciaga announced that they are stepping up their collaboration with  Kidman  by officially working with her in a new role.

The 54-year-old actress also stated that she is "excited" to be working with the luxury brand in this new capacity.

Kidman told in a press release, "Balenciaga has been with me through some of the most memorable events in my life, from my wedding to the Oscars red carpet."

She further said added that she is looking forward to  "creating more memories together."  

In addition to this, the Big Little Lies actress, who has previously stated that she has worn Balenciaga during several pivotal moments in her career and personal life, attended her first Balenciaga show as an ambassador on Saturday.

Kidman attended the Fall 2024 collection's Los Angeles debut in a striking, all-black  and quintessentially Balenciaga ensemble, based on an off-the-shoulder coat,  monogrammed sunglasses, gloves,  and pointy-toe pumps.

Beside Kidman, the star-studded lineup of Balenciaga ambassadors, also included Isabelle Huppert, PP Krit Amnuaydechkorn, and Michelle Yeoh.

The Batman Forever actress walked the runway for Balenciaga's 51st couture show last July.

Prior to this, Kidman rocked Balenciaga ensemble at her wedding with Keith Urban in 2006 and several award show red carpets.

To note, Michelle announced her appointment as the ambassador of the high end brand last month via an Instagram post, writing, "I am thrilled to be joining @balenciaga as their brand ambassador."

Kidman and Yeoh are now working with the brand as it tries to improve its reputation, following a year of controversy stemming from two holiday campaigns.
