 Elon Musk, the visionary entrepreneur, playfully teased Taylor Swift about the potential pitfalls of winning Time's Magazine Person of the Year accolade.

Taking to X, the Tesla CEO shared his witty response upon the Anti-Hero singer's tweet revealing her recognition as TIME's Person of the Year, Elon congratulated her.

In a subsequent tweet, he humorously remarked, "Some risk of popularity decline after this award. I speak from experience lol."

it is pertinent to mention that   in 2021, Musk also secured the title of Time's Person of the Year. 

However  this decision that triggered negative reactions and sparked critique on various fronts. 

Criticisms encompassed issues such as Tesla's alleged mistreatment of workers and Musk's purported avoidance of government regulations.

Taylor Swift  secures the title of Time's Person of the Year:

On Thursday, Taylor Swift concluded an outstanding 2023 by earning the title of Time Magazine's person of the year.

The Blank Space hitmaker took to her instagram account and expressed her immense gratitude for this honor, as she penned the remarks, by adding, "The biggest, loudest, most aggressively over-excited thank you to @time for naming me Person of the Year. Thank you to @inezandvinoodh for the vision and fun they bring to every shoot I’ve ever done with them."


"Loved the whole creative team who had no right to serve as hard as they did: Styled by @heidibivens, Hair by @hollismithhead, Make-up by @diane.kendal, Nails by @makinaill, Produced by @vlm.productions," she concluded.

Swift added another post, where she opened up about her concerns and reservation for giving an interview to Sam Lansky.

She posted, “@samlansky has such a wondrous way with words, and I’ve loved reading his pieces for over a decade. If you’ve ever been around him, you know he’s just the best type of person: Curious. Interested. Hilarious. Intriguing and intrigued.”

While admitting about her trust issues, the Lover singer said, “I have tRuSt iSSueS when it comes to interviews but I couldn’t be happier that I did this one with him. I was blown away to see quotes from people I adore and admire like Stevie Nicks, Greta Gerwig, Shonda Rhimes, Phoebe Bridgers, Natalie Maines, Kenny Chesney, and Lucian Grainge.”


“I was so happy he spoke to fans Madison and McCall who were so eloquent, loyal, and kind. I’m really reflecting on this year, and all the years that led up to it. Can’t say thank you enough times,” Swift concluded.

For the unversed, Taylor Swift spilled major beans on her budding romance with American football player Travis Kelce and her infamous phone call with Kanye West which was published by Kim Kardashian.
