Ranbir Kapoor's movie Animal, released on December 1, 2023, has become his top-grossing film worldwide, crossing the INR 600 crore mark.
Animal grossed INR 362 crore at the box office in India and over INR 600 crore globally. This achievement surpasses his previous record set by the movie Sanju, which had a worldwide collection of INR 588 crore.
According to the Hindustan Times, Animal has grossed an amazing INR 23.34 crore in India on its eighth day of release, bringing its total income to INR 362.11 crore.
The film has become the fourth highest grossing Hindi film of the year, after Gadar 2, Pathaan, and Jawan and becoming the third-largest opening week for any movie in Bollywood history.
On Saturday, T-Series announced the news that the film has earned INR 600+ crore globally.
