Mama June Shannon is reportedly taking her late daughter Anna Cardwell’s ashes on a family trip.

As reported by Page Six, sources have revealed that Mama June is planning to spend Christmas in Disney World with her family, following the death of her daughter Anna.

Some of Anna's ashes will be placed in a small urn at their rental home in Orlando, Fla. to make it “feel like she is there.”

As per the sources, the family won’t bring Anna's ashes to the actual theme park, and her daughter 11-year-old daughter, Kaitlyn will be wearing a necklace, containing some of her mother’s remains.

Other family members, including Anna's sisters Alana Thompson, and Lauryn Pumpkin Efird will also join the trip.

Reportedly, other than Kaitlyn, Anna's 8-year-old daughter,  Kylee, was said to be invited, but it's not clear if she will be joining the family-friendly trip.

Anna Cardwell's ex-husband sues Mama June Shannon:

 Anna Cardwell's ex-husband Micheal Chardwell, who was married to her from 2014 to 2017, has currently taken a legal action against Mama June to get the custody of Kaitlyn, who used to be his stepchild.

In a recent court filing, Chardwell allegedly claimed that he had "fully and completely undertaken a permanent, unequivocal, committed, and responsible parental role" for Kaitlyn.

Chardwell also allegedly said that he "engaged in consistent caretaking of the child and established a bonded and dependent relationship with the child."

Additionally, he alleged of  the 44-year-old reality TV star that, "June's presence in the minor child's life has been inconsistent."

Anna Cardwell death:

Mama June Shanon’s eldest daughter Anna Cardwell died on December 9, 2023.

She passed away at the age of 29 after battling with cancer at stage 4.
