Matthew McConaughey son Levi finds 'perfect' Christmas gift for father
Matthew McConaughey's son Levi went Christmas shopping this Friday for the holidays

Matthew McConaughey's son Levi went on a shopping spree for Christmas and displayed affection for his father as he crossed off buying a gift for the actor.
The 15-year-old posted a video on his Instagram on Friday, in which he took his followers with him on a Christmas shopping spree.
In the video, Levi is seen going into a musical instrument store saying, "So, I'm just finishing up some Christmas shopping and I got to my dad...he's kind of a hard guy to shop for, but I think I found something he might like. Come on.”
"Guys, I think we might've just found it," Levi exclaimed looking at the guitars.
As he spun a turn table and sat down at a traditional drum set, he announced the perfect gift for his father, a set of bongo drums.
He played the set banging on the drums, announcing, "We all know my dad loves a good bongo, Merry Christmas, everyone!"
However it is unclear if Levi was making a lighthearted joke over the 1998 incident that got his father arrested for playing bongos nude, as mentioned in his 2020 memoir, Greenlights.
McConaughey hasn't responded to the post yet, however, the video was liked by Reese Witherspoon, his dad's Mud costar.
Levi and his father share a close bond with each other, as seen last month when the teen honoured his father’s birthday in a post.
He shared a carousel of throwback pictures, showing the duo together, as well as a family photo, with the caption, “People know Matthew McConaughey as an actor and now a writer, but I know him as my father.”
“The man who always makes time for us no matter what, the man who’s always there for us no matter what, and the man who taught me to appreciate the journey and not just the destination,” Levi continued.
“The journeys just getting started…Happy birthday Papai,” he further penned in his heart-felt tribute.
