Meghan Markle, who has had a hostile relationship with the Royal family since she and Prince Harry stepped down from royal duties in January 2020, is reportedly making efforts to arrange a meeting with King Charles, as revealed by a royal author.

The former royal couple are reportedly facing a set of rules distinct from those applied to other members of the British royal family.

This has led the Duchess of Sussex to seek specific "answers" from King Charles, as noted by an expert.

The circumstances surrounding this demand for clarity indicate a unique and potentially challenging situation for the Duke and Duchess, suggesting a divergence in treatment within the royal family.

According to the New York Post, Neil Sean, a royal expert and commentator, asserted in a YouTube video that Meghan Markle has made efforts to schedule a meeting with King Charles to address her concerns.

Neil Sean said, “Meghan Markle wants some answers from His Majesty the King”.

He revealed that the mother of two penned a letter to King Charles, requesting a private one-on-one meeting with him to"explain exactly the problems she has encountered ever since becoming a member of the British monarchy."

The expert also asserted that what truly bothers the Duchess of Sussex is the public appearances of Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, on shows such as This Morning and Loose Women, her book sales, and the potential involvement in advertisements, all while being a member of the royal family.

"[Meghan] Meghan and [Prince] Harry seemingly don't understand why it's a different rule for her," the royal expert said.

Moreover, as per People magazine's earlier report stated that Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Prince and Princess of Wales, have "moved on" the claims and allegations made by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
