As per further documents that PEOPLE analyzed, later in October King claimed that she had not seen Allman since April, just a while after they agreed to “work on marriage” amid their divorce.

The musician also alleged that Cher continued to “interfere” with her son’s “health management as well as his location and accessibility" during that time.

Cher, in response to the allegations gave an interview to the outlet in October saying “that rumor is not true.” She refused to comment further on the matter.

However, she confirmed that the family issues as well as the conservatorship case were all linked to her son’s struggle with addiction.
