Prince Harry and Meghan Markle should not be expected to make a public statement regarding Princess Kate’s health scare, and a royal expert has explained the reason.

As reported by OK Magazine, a royal expert Victoria Arbiter has weighed in on why the Duke and Duchess of the Sussex should rather make a private move to check up on the Princess of Wales than issuing a public statement.

"I don’t see why Harry and Meghan should be expected to make a public statement,” said Arbiter

She added, "It would be performative at best, and as history has shown, when they do speak out, they’re criticized for making it all about themselves, and when they don’t, they’re accused of being uncaring."

The royal expert continued, "They’re d----- either way. Hopefully, they felt it appropriate to contact the King and the Princess of Wales privately."

However, another royal expert, Lady Colin Campbell thinks otherwise about the estranged royal couple, who is attending the glamorous movie premiers amid health scares of King Charles and Kate Middleton.

"All they needed to do was make some public declaration," Lady Colin Campbell said.

She continued, "But they are not going to; they can exploit every situation as long as they don’t make a public declaration, the whole thing stinks to high heaven."

The duke and duchess remained quiet since King Charles III, Kate went through health woes, and despite having reports that the couple had established a private contact, some royal experts think that cracking jokes at gala events was not a wise thing to do amid hard times of the royal family.

Another royal expert, Phil Dampier said, "If they had made a public declaration, there would be a certain sympathy for them," adding, “There might have been private contact. I’m sure they are worried."

He continued: "They haven’t made anything public, and I think that is the contrast; they are enjoying themselves and probably went to the premiere via private jet. It does look like they are swanning about and enjoying themselves, when there is real concern for many members of the royal family."

It is pertinent to note, there’s no authentic report regarding the Harry and Meghan reaching out to the ailing members of the royal family.
