Pregnant Sofia Richie is on cloud nine after finding out her baby’s gender!

Richie shared one of the most memorable moments of her life in a video she shared on her TikTok account on Sunday, featuring her husband Elliot Grainge, and two pet dogs.

In the shared video clip, Richie could be seen standing next to Grainge in their backyard, with their lovely pets roaming around.

Grainge, who was holding a confetti popper was asked by her wife “ready?”, seconds after he begins the countdown from three and let go off the popper, which burst into pink smoke and confetti into the air.

The moment Grainge releases the popper, Richie screams on top of her voice in utter excitement and starts running around her backyard, upon knowing that their baby is a girl.

"Sorry to all my neighbors for the horrifying scream," Richie jokingly mentioned in the caption of her TikTok video.

As Richie calms herself down she comes closer to her husband, who was standing there in awe, knowing that he’s going to be a daughter’s dad.

"I'm so excited!" Ritchie said, while sharing a warm bug hug with her husband.

This gender reveal video comes shortly after Richie revealed her pregnancy during a Vogue interview on Thursday, where she already hinted at her now shared TikTok.

“I love the YouTubes and the TikToks — even before I was talking about getting pregnant — of gender reveals, so we had our OB text my assistant Becca [our baby’s gender], and we bought two party poppers: one blue, one pink," she said.

Richie added, "She left out the one with the correct color inside, and Elliot and I popped it together. We both really thought it was a boy, so it was a true shock. My dream in life is to have a daughter [though], and Elliot is really excited for a girl too."

The youngest daughter of singer Lionel Richie, called her husband “sensitive” while revealing that he is is just as excited to have a baby girl.

"I think it’s so typical for boys to want boys, but he has a lot of sisters," she said.

Sofia Richie and Elliot Grange got married in April 2023.
