Caitlyn Jenner presence erased from son Brandon's show amid legal dispute
Brandon Jenner had previously hinted at his father Caitlyn Jenner's participation in earlier episodes
Caitlyn Jenner has found herself conspicuously absent from her son Brandon's upcoming reality show, reportedly due to legal threats.
TMZ disclosed that William Bruce Jenner,74, who changed her gender and named Caitlyn, makes an appearance on an episode of her son's new UnchainedTV series, At Home With The Jenners, where they share a family dinner with David Foster.
Brandon Jenner had previously hinted at his father's participation in earlier episodes.
However, Caitlyn was reportedly unaware of her inclusion in the show and expressed dissatisfaction upon discovering her presence in a scene and being referenced in promotional material.
The primary cause of her concern allegedly revolves around her role as a contributor at Fox News.
Currently engaged in contract negotiations with the network, she feared that featuring in a reality show on a different network would potentially breach her existing contract.
The ex-Olympic gold medalist in decathlon aspires to maintain her association with Fox, especially with the imminent presidential election and Olympics.
Caitlyn's legal representatives warned the production company of potential legal consequences unless they swiftly excluded her from the series.
According to insiders, not only have her forthcoming appearances been cancelled, but she has also been edited out of episodes in which she previously featured.
The show, which has aired only three episodes so far, underwent significant adjustments in response to the legal threat.
Caitlyn expresses strong dissatisfaction with the disorganized approach to marketing her son's new show, as reported by TMZ.
Despite her desire for the show's success, she vehemently opposes participating in a reality show on a different network, as it could pose a significant conflict with her role at Fox.

Insiders reveal that Caitlyn directly conveyed her frustration to her son, leading to her subsequent removal from the show's lineup.
In 2022, Caitlyn joined Fox News as a paid commentator, where, as a transgender woman, she is slated to provide commentary and analysis across multiple Fox News Media platforms.
“Caitlyn’s story is an inspiration to us all,” said Suzanne Scott, Fox News Media CEO.
She added, “She is a trailblazer in the LGBTQ+ community and her illustrious career spans a variety of fields that will be a tremendous asset for our audience.”
Jenner wrote on her Instagram page at the time, “I am humbled by this unique opportunity to speak directly to @foxnews millions of viewers about a range of issues that are important to the American people.”
