Kate Middleton might not attend this year's Earthshot Prize Awards alongside Prince William.
As per Mirror report, William, the founder of the Earthshot Prize Awards, has announced that this year's ceremony will take place in Cape Town, South Africa.
The awards aim to support efforts to protect and restore the planet. This announcement marks the fourth annual awards ceremony for the initiative.
Prince and Princess of Wales have been consistent attendee of the Earthsot Prize Awards since its inception in 2021.
However, according to reports, Kate might miss this year's ceremony due to her recent abdominal surgery.
The decision to hold the awards in Cape Town comes amid a challenging time for the royal family.
Kate is currently recovering from surgery, and King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer.
Despite these challenges, Prince William returned to public duties recently, attending an investiture ceremony and a charity gala for the London Air Ambulance.
