Sylvester Stallone takes proactive measures as empowers daughters with Navy SEALs training
Sylvester Stallone shared he was so nervous about his daughters living in New York City that they did this training
Sylvester Stallone has disclosed that he ensured the safety of his daughters Sophia and Sistine before they embarked on their journey to New York City.
During the conversation to promote Season 2 of The Family Stallone with the New York Post, the Rocky star shared that he empowered his daughter to undergo rigorous Navy SEALs training.
Sistine shared, “Sophia and I got our (expletive words) whooped by these guys. They were the real deal.”
“It was the hardest. It was about six hours we were in those woods,” she revealed that they both do these two things.
“And I’m not surprised my dad put us through something like this because our entire life we grew up with him doing these sort of military-esque, self-defense trainings,” the 25-year-old added.
Sophia recalled her morning regime with Sly, which involved waking up at 6 AM for an unusual breakfast.

While reflecting on her morning regime with Sly, “It was a rigorous routine. Every day at 6 a.m., he would make us eat eggs with ketchup. For some reason, that combination … to bulk up.”
Sophia shared, “But then it was a lot of sit ups, push ups, pull ups, clean and jerks,” the Sistine quipped, “He made the perfect boys.”
“That is deceivingly hard. I went in there a little cocky, no pun intended. I got beat by the chicken,” Sistine said.
For the unversed, the upcoming season will feature before the family moves into the New York setting, the show also pays tribute to Rocky II's iconic scene where Sylvester Stallone chased the live chicken as a part of his regimen.
