Selena Gomez recently opened up about her relationship with music producer Benny Blanco, describing it as a source of immense comfort and security.
During the conversation with host Zane Lowe at New Music Daily on Apple Music 1, the Only Murders in the Building star discussed her new single Love On, and her budding romance with Blanco.
“Without getting into too much detail, I think it's just really important to meet someone that respects you,” the Clam Down singer said.
Gomez expressed that she found it comforting to have someone whom she could rely on and who 'understands' her.
She added further, “But I'd have to say overall it's the safest that I feel and it's been really lovely and I've only grown through it, so it's awesome.”

It is worth noting here that the Wolves songstress and the record producer confirmed their relationship in December 2023.
On February 14, Gomez and Blanco made their fans gush over their budding romance as they shared an adorable post on Instagram stories.
Taking to Instagram, the Single Soon crooner posted a selfie of her with beau along with the caption, “I love you.”
Her boyfriend Blanco also posted a snap that showcased their intimate bond, noting “My valentine.”
