Olivia Rodrigo has been candid about embracing the liberation in life after achieving the milestone of her 21st birthday.

During the debut performance on her Guts World Tour in Palm Springs, the Vampire songstress shared that purchased certain items from a gas station because she now had the opportunity to do so.

Rodrigo said, “I went to the gas station the other day and bought a pack of cigarettes and a six pack of beer.”

“I promise I didn’t consume it, but I just bought it because I f------ could," she explained.

The Can’t Catch Me Now singer added, "Anyway, all this to say that I think growing up isn’t so scary after all and life just kind of gets better at the end.”

For the universe on Monday, Rodrigo celebrated her birthday as she shared a post to her Instagram, featuring herself commemorating the birthday with her friends, including Tate McRae, Iris Apatow, Conan Gray and The Kid LAROI.

"Today is my last day of being able to underage drink (hypothetically) !!!!" the Deja Vu hitmaker captioned the post.

For the unversed, Rodrigo's global tour will extend to 60 locations in the United States, Canada, and Europe. such as The Breeders, Chappell Roan, Pinkpantheress, and Remi Wolf.
