Blake Lively revealed a unique rule in her relationship with Ryan Reynolds to help prioritize personal life.

As per Entertainment Tonight, The Town actress shared, “when Ryan and I got together, we made a rule not to work at the same time, So that we could always prioritize our personal life.”

She added, “that takes working really hard when we're not, Just like financial planning and sustaining that — it takes balance.”

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants star shared that initially she was used to of working hard and 'not stopping' stating, “Especially, Gossip Girl was six years of my life, and we were sometimes shooting three episodes at once.”

Previously in October, during an interview with PEOPLE, Reynolds talked about the couple’s approach towards ‘self-awareness’ in their kids.

“I think it’s more about talking to them about everything, It’s genuine when I say I take a huge interest in their days and how things are going,” the Deadpool actor said.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds started dating in 2011, meanwhile, tied the knot in 2012. They share kids together.
