King Charles, Queen Camilla offer sympathy to Lady Gabriella in time of loss
King Charles and Queen Camilla shared condolences to Lady Gabriella on her husband's Thomas Kingston death
King Charles and Queen Camilla have extended their heartfelt condolences and prayers to Lady Gabriella after the sudden death of her husband, Thomas Kingston.
On Tuesday it was announced that Kingston, a British financier, passed away at the age of 45 on Sunday. However a cause of death has not been identified, but there are no indications of any suspicious circumstances or involvement of other individuals.
A palace spokesperson said on Tuesday, "The King and The Queen have been informed of Thomas’s death and join Prince and Princess Michael of Kent and all those who knew him in grieving a much-loved member of the family.”
The statement added, "In particular, Their Majesties send their most heartfelt thoughts and prayers to Gabriella and to all the Kingston family."

The news of demise was announced on behalf of Lady Gabriella, Martin and Jill Kingston, Joanna Connolly and Emma Murray, the statement reads, "It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Kingston, our beloved husband, son and brother.”
It continued, “Tom was an exceptional man who lit up the lives of all who knew him. His death has come as a great shock to the whole family, and we ask you to respect our privacy as we mourn his passing."
For the unversed, Lady Gabriella is Queen Elizabeth’s first cousin Prince Michael of Kent’s only daughter.
